Ordering

There are two ways in ordering a structure, online with our shopping cart, or contacting Kristine at 717-644-0488, sheds4zook147@outlook.com. Within 24 hours of placing online orders, you will receive a phone call from Kristine, to confirm your purchase. At this time all questions/concerns will be answered. Deposit of 50% will be taken by Credit card, to hold your delivery date. (Lead time will change as demand of product). 

Payment

Payment can be made by using Credit card, personal check or cash. Note, orders will not be in schedule, until deposit is in office. Deposit of 50% is required to start your structure. Balance due at time of delivery.

Cancellations

You have 7 days to cancel an order, 4% fee will be held on Credit card deposits.

Site Prep

You may contact SITE PREP LLC at 717-799-7311, www.siteprep.com, or choose one of your own. If you would like to do your own site prep, we recommend, 1’ extra on all sides of structure and must be level.

Delivery

We will deliver free of charge the first 30 miles from our shop location, 400 Newport Rd, Leola, Pa. 17540. Delivery on loaded mile is pre-determined. (One way).

Return Policy & Warranty:

There are NO returns on structures. 5 year WARRANTY on all structures. Limited warranty on all structures, ONLY valid if structure remains on original site. Deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE after 7 days.
